How can I determine my ring size?
To determine your ring size accurately, we recommend using a ring sizer tool or measuring the circumference of your finger with a flexible measuring tape. Alternatively, you can measure the diameter of a ring that fits you well and compare it to a ring size chart. It is important to note that ring sizes may vary slightly between different styles and designs.
What is your return policy?
We have a 14-day return policy, which allows you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. Please refer to our return policy for detailed instructions on how to initiate a return.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, SCULPTURA offers free standard shipping on all orders within North America. Once you place your order, you will receive an estimated delivery date along with a confirmation email.
How long does shipping take?
For US orders, we utilize UPS standard shipping, which typically takes 3-7 business days. Please allow an additional 1-2 days for order packing and fulfillment. Delivery times may vary based on your location.
Can I exchange an item?
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original purchase and placing a new order for the desired item. You will receive a full refund for the returned item, processed through your original payment method.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please inspect it immediately and contact us as soon as possible, within 5 days of receiving the item. Provide a clear, high-resolution image of the damage in your email to facilitate the evaluation process. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Yes, certain items are non-returnable, including pierced earrings, gift cards, and final sale items. If you have questions about a specific item, please reach out to us for clarification.
How do I check my order status?
When your order is shipped, you will be notified via the same email address used to make the purchase. The email will include a link the shipping and tracking information for your order, as well as a link to the order itself. (Be sure to check your spam folder as the emails may have redirected there.)
How do I update or cancel my order?
We want you to receive your purchase as soon as possible. In turn, we process orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, we cannot guarantee any changes to your order once it has been placed. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team, within 24 hours of your purchase, via email at sculpturajewelry@gmail.com.
Please note: Personalized pieces are not eligible for cancelation once the order has been placed, or for return at any time. If you’ve changed your mind and would like to adjust a personalized piece in your order we ask that you reach out to us immediately after your purchase. In most cases, we will not be able to adjust the order, but we will do our best to assist you.
Do you ship Internationally?
